Supported the Access Resolution Team. Escalate and negotiate with LEC for better Telco due dates.Act as liasion between Account Team/LD Provisioning, pops, and the LEC.Proactively escalate to the LECS on missed loops and CNR issues. Provided latest status of circuits via Netpro,F&E,TCOMS,and TMG website. Adhered to telco escalation standards and handled high volume of orders, high degree of multi-tasking and detail work.

Provisioner on Line Cost Audit Project.An estimated savings of $1.8M in monthly recurring charges was realized. The Line Cost Project team submitted 3,699 ASRs, dropped 5,185 circuits from LEC billing, and submitted 3,315 Telco disputes. Remaining issues include an additional 441 records involving Telco disputes and the completion of 154 disco ASRs. To date, Service Delivery has disconnected over 10,000 LEC facilities and identified another 3,610 in which the LECs were charging MCI monthly service fees despite evidence of internal disconnect records. The overall cost reduction of the disconnects, currently, equates to $3.3+ million dollars a month or $40 million dollars annually. Audited entrance facilities and verified no xconns on DXC, submitted asrs, researched discrepancies in the database using NETPRO, MECCA, CAMEO, NMT, WORKFLOW MANAGER,COMS, and internal database.

Involved in Metasolv TBS Integration/Audit for XO network. Reformatted existing circuits in TBS by documenting a provisioning plan, verifying all equipment, x-connects, and T1 & T3 assignments to update customer layout records and design layout records. Entered internal LSR's,ASR's, and ISR's into TBS to migrate company from manual to mechanized database. Designed end to end circuits, prepared DLR's to capture facility and equipment assignments for cross reference with existing database.

Handle all documentation from the field relating to equipment installation:IPACS,MOPPS,redlines,sitebooks,as-builts.This information is incorporated into TBS.Genuity Nortel based SONET network carries OC12,OC48, & OC192 transport equipment which utilizes Lucent ATM500,ATM500 Switch,Titan 5500 DACS,TITAN 532 DACS,CISCO 15252 DWDM,Redback 800,Ciena CoreDirector,AS5400 routers & other equipment. Worked with circuit designers to resolve equipment issues relating to circuit turn up & update circuit & design layout records.Worked on projects such as: clean up of backload circuits & circuits affected by WTC crisis.Involvement in facility reconciliation project which involves an audit of all equipment at Genuity's major POPS in Los Angeles,Boston,Chicago,New York,Washington,DC,San Francisco,etc.

Access node project. Assisted in negotiations with LEC's using Bellcore standards to order facilities using design specifications and interface formats for collocation sites. Designed circuits for 70 central offices-using Nortel DMS 500 switch.Created CLR's and DLR's in TBS for each central office. Point of contact for account reps, order entry, terminals, central install, telcos, and regional access management group. Engineer and circuit design of private line and hardwire products over MCIWorldCom's network. Products included ISDN, Prism 800, frame relay, point to point, multi-point, etc.Responsibilities included: order approval, circuit design,access service request processing,muxing, and following up to ensure on-time completion of orders. Engineered up to 100 orders per week.Received Allstar Award, April 1998. Received Gold Performance Award each month from May to November 1998. Trained new employees, and completed special projects.

I have received two significant awards in my telecommunications career: The Allstar Award was presented to me by MCI to acknowledge my top performance for handling a large 100+ circuit installation ahead of schedule under very challenging circumstances while I handled a heavy regular work load and trained new employees. The Champions Award was awarded by Verizon Business for outstanding acheivement. This award acknowledged my work on a Bank of America project to install over 1000 circuits. I was responsible for seeing all circuits installed either head of schedule or on time. This was accomplished while I continued my regular heavy workload.
